Bayer AG - Customer Development Manager (Chengdu)

Your tasks and responsibilities
1).Achieve sales target: to make sure account group to achieve sales target in the manner of compliance.

2).Account controller: strategic thinking and lead team members to work out JCBP with deeper business insight and understanding on internal strategy and accounts. To set proper process and toolkit to ensure JCBP efficiency and effectiveness.

3).Establish higher partnership with customers.

4).People development and member engagement: coaching, mentoring team members and scout high potentials.

5).Cooperation with internal function team: deliver clearly account strategy to have more support to achieve target.

Who you are
1).Bachelor's degree.

2).At least 5 years working experiences in account management.

3).Effective communication negotiation and presentation skills.

4).Strong account management skills.

5).Expertise and creativity to solve problems.

6).PMP score at least 3.

7).Good team work spirits.

8).Fluent in oral and written English.
