apartment for rent with all amenities?? (Chennai)

Hi folks,

I will be moving to chennai in a few months for at least a year and i am trying to research fully furnished apartments to rent to see whats available and prices.
I will be there on my own mostly so i need an apartment with security. And i ideally want a complex with swimming pool and gym included for convenience.
I have looked at the Commanders Court complex as its beside where i will work and it looks great but not sure if any 2 or even 3 bed apartments come up for rent there regularly.
Can anyone tell me what they did when trying to find accommodation when moving to chennai? Or does anyone have any advice or pointers for me?
Any help would be appreciated.
