expat living expenses (Chennai)

hi everybody! possibly going to move to chennai before the end of the year due to my job. I have to agree with my company the economical assigment conditions. I am the very first one who will be relocated for long period to chennai so I have no terms of comparison with other cases within my company. I would like to understand approximately how much to money I will need to:
- monthly overall rent for a house (2 bedrooms are enogh i am not lookingnfor huge accomodation) with aircon and supply of drinkable water. provided with electric diesel generator (if deemed necessary..I have read it is!) with some leisure space (garden or balcon or even seimmingn pool) in a safe/nice area
- cost for internet connection at home and on mobile phone
- monthly overall pay for a driver
- avarage cost for expat/western restaurant
