F45 Chennai event - Besant Nagar beach

Hey all fitness people!

I am Albert from Australia and would like to invite anyone that's health and fitness minded to our F45 Chennai event on Besant Nagar beach (Elliot's beach) this Thursday Nov 24.

F45 Adyar will be launching this coming Saturday Nov 26 so we thought to give Chennai a little taste of what F45 offers.

F45 is a global fitness franchise, having it's roots in Australia and we are all about functional group exercise that's effective, efficient, and exciting!

We'll be doing bootcamp on the beach, having some fitness competitions, a mini Playoffs event and much more with goodies to win... Everyone about health, fitness and friendly competition is welcome to join in!

F45 Adyar launches this Saturday Nov 26, 8:30am @ Gandhi Nagar, 1st Main Rd near Adyar Bridge Rd so come in for a trial of the fastest growing fitness franchise in the world.
