International work environment in Chennai

Hello!

I seem to keep away from working in corporates in Chennai, as I feel I am going to be too international to fit in into a rigid , hierarchichal work environment and feel not capable of handling the politics around that. However, I see so many of you at events in Internations where you are from another country and are able to thrive here.

Other than the American International School, no other work place pops into my head.
Could you please suggest to me some names of companies which a multi-national in Chennai?
