Life in Chennai????

Hello all,

I'm looking for honest opinions... i have an opportunity to work and live in Chennai, I've worked overseas for 14 years and spent the last year in Jakarta, Indonesia.

I enjoy a good standard of living here and manage good work life balance.

How is life in Chennai? I'm a sociable guy and kike to get out explore restauraunts, bars, sights and cultural experiences and keep fit.

What is the social scene like there?

Gyms? Surfing? Running?

Any info would be appreciated.
