Moving to Chennai

Hi, it looks like I will be moving to Chennai at the beginning of April/May this year. I have 2 options for accomodation one is a serviced apartment in the ITC Grand Chola which has the advantage of being about 5 mins from my work, or a serviced apartment in Somerset Greenway about 20 mins in no traffic from work? Does anybody have any recommendations/experiences to let me know which one would be better?
