Summer Opportunities for Children in Chennai

Dear friends:

I will be travelling on work to Chennai this summer. I am based now in the Washington, DC area. I am looking for opportunities for my daughter to get some social service hours. She is 12 years old. Here, she volunteers with a local food bank and that raises awareness about hunger and helps out with their fund raising drive. I would like to get some feedback on possible agencies I can contact in Chennai where she can help and get some exposure. She writes well in English ( has contributed to local newspapers and newsletters), can understand Tamil and also speak a little bit. Any tips and help will be appreciated.
