Time for you to try Balkan (Chennai)

If you never tried Balkan food now is the time. Two Serbian guys are chefs in restaurant Basil With a Twist and they are cooking great Serbian and Croatian food.
Serbian food is all about the meat but vegeterians can also find their little heaven there.
Fish is awesome, they prepare it Dalmatian style. You should definetely try ayvar, urnebes and stuffed pepers. Ustipci were just amazing. I probably miss home food very much and I felt like being home there :)
