Aussie expats living in Chiang Mai

Are there any Australians who have retired in Chiang Mai interested in meeting with us ( Myself, My Partner & Mum) - . We arrive 31st Jan and will be leaving on the 8 th Feb. This will be our 1st time here and any help tips and advice would be appreciated. We will be staying at Ban Sabai near Lang Ka about 1.6 klm north of super highway the map says. This will be our 1st step in our moving to Chiang Mai process.
