Solo tripping to Chiang Mai

Hi guys

I'll be spending a few days from Jan Protected content in Chiang Mai.
So far I only have a visit to a nature resort on the agenda. Happy to get some guidance on other worthy activities. I was thinking about a cooking class and a bike tour. Any recommendations would be welcome and if you'd feel like tagging along that's cool as well. I promise to return the favor if you're planning to travel to Istanbul :)
