In the third to last picture below it's the building to the right with the black bow-window (this is the west-facing living room window (sun all afternoon), and on the right is the bedroom window (the lighter stone). The common areas are very clean.
The photos were taken when the apartment was furnished, but it is rented unfurnished. The kitchen, however, stays exactly as you see it with all of the machines. The bedroom has a spacious closet which you don't see.
The area is amazing, steps from Lincoln Park, just north of Old Town and just across the street from Vanille Patisserie a French bakery which is just across the street!
