Looking for responsible professional non-smoking longterm tenant (1 year or more) for my unfurnished 1 bedroom/1 bathroom 2nd floor walkup apartment in the heart of Lincoln Park, which is excellent condition.

Building is a well maintained Protected content 3-story building. Neighbors (most of which are owner-occupied) are all quiet, respectful people.

-750m2 1-bedroom 1-bathroom apartment
-Entry with closet
-Living room with west-facing bow window
-Bedroom with south facing window and west facing window, big hanging closet
-Fully renovated bathroom with bathtub and new sink, new tiling
-Fully renovated kitchen with luxurious cherry cabinets, huge fridge/freezer, washing machine, washer/dryer, stove, etc. (All machines stay).
-Beautiful original hardwood floors throughout
-Central Air Conditioning!

In the third to last picture below it's the building to the right with the black bow-window (this is the west-facing living room window (sun all afternoon), and on the right is the bedroom window (the lighter stone). The common areas are very clean.

The photos were taken when the apartment was furnished, but it is rented unfurnished. The kitchen, however, stays exactly as you see it with all of the machines. The bedroom has a spacious closet which you don't see.

The area is amazing, steps from Lincoln Park, just north of Old Town and just across the street from Vanille Patisserie a French bakery which is just across the street!

The rent is $1630/month
Parking spot is an additional $150/month (exterior space behind the building).
Preference given to those who would like to rent the parking spot as well.

Gas and electricity will be put in your name and at your charge (count on around $70-$90 per month).
You'll need to take a renter's insurance policy (maybe around $150/year to cover your personal items in the flat and to insure in case of fire, etc.

Security deposit is 1 month of rent ($ Protected content .
