Travelling to Chisinau - Meetup on the 11th August

Hi everyone
I will be travelling through Chisinau this summer trying to get to know this part of the world (Chisinau, Odessa, then up to Kiev). I will be spending the 11th and 12th August in Chisinau, and would love to get to know (some of) the locals.

Thus I don't know how frequent the meetups are in Chisinau, but if not then it would be great if one would be on the 12th August in the Evening (e.g. Pub/Coffee Lounge then going out together) ?
