Winery of “CRICOVA Tours (Chisinau)

I would like some information about setting up a tour by myself and my soon to be fiancée. I will be in Chisinau from 6 December until 11 December.
I hear this time of year is especially great since there are not many visitors and the vendors are also very generous.

I could rent a car for the day to drive the tour,
but would prefer a tour (transportation included) for audience of 3.
Any and all suggestions would be great.
