xmas gifts / souvenirs and language courses (Chisinau)

I am new here, so I am just going to try how useful is this web :), I have two questions:

1. as I am going back home for christmas holiday, I would like to bring home someth interesting and typical from Chisinau (along with wine and cognac, of course). Could you please recommend me any shops with handmade or crafts products or at least souvenir shops ?

2. I would like to learn russian and romanian - in russian, I can speak quite well, as a basic conversation, I d like to improve it (maybe conversational course could be good for me), regarding romanian I am total beginner.
Could you please advice some courses or classes which I could join from january, or a personal teachers ? What are the reasonable prices ?
