Swimming team for competition for boy 13y old (Chongqing)

Hello everybody !
I will relocate with my family in Chengdu at the end of September, and I arrange more or less house, school, etc.. I can not find a swimming team where my son of 13y. old can train together with a team.. This is a big problem for him because he practice this sport since he was very young everyday ..
Someone can help me ?
