Anyone fancy a free lunch in Cologne?

Hello to everyone @ Internations/Cologne. My girlfriend and I, would like to get some help on some local knowledge from the experts. So here i am. We are looking for an area where there are lots of parks or people that could potentially have dogs or a busy commercial area that has lots of buzz during day time and weekends…both would be nice!!

Any thoughts. It could eb worth a free lunch if we get this up and running!!
