Looking for a Salsa dancing partner (Cologne)

I know this sounds like a strange thing to be looking for.....but.....

I recently moved to Cologne and love Salsa dancing. I consider myself an intermediate level dancer. I have found a salsa course I want to join but the school requires everyone to have a partner, hence my odd search.
