Adoptions in Sri Lanka (Colombo)

Dear InterNations members in Colombo,

I am writing to you from Chennai, India.

A friend of mine and her husband would like to adopt a Tamil baby.
They have already two small kids on their own, are a happy family, and would be in the position to offer a good life to a third one.

We were wondering if anyone of you could help her with suggestions, or addresses of Organisations who work with adoptions in Sri Lanka.

Would be very gratefull for any kind of help.
