Ayurvedic Medicine (Colombo)

Hello everyone,

One of my interests in the next year is to learn and understand a little bit about Ayurvedic medicine while possibly seeking out some treatment myself. Back at home I see a naturopath to maintain my overall well-being and would like to try Ayurvedic methods while I am here. Does anyone have a reliable contact for Ayurvedic medicine who is government certified and speaks good English? So far I'm considering Siddahelepa Ayurvedic Hospital in Mount Lavinia.
