Eco tourism/Farm stay in Sri Lanka (Colombo)

Hi there,

I'm planning a trip to Lanka next week on would like to get some info regarding the famous areas in Sri Lanka.I'm particularly interested in:
1.Elephant sanctuaries with a chance to go for a ride-1/2 day trip in the area.I don't like crowded and touristic places and not into a commercial tourism,would rather support those who look after the animals.
2.Any nice tea tracks/trials getting in touch with a farmer where can we stay/2 pax for a night or two?
3.Any chance to see eco farming,agro tourism places, if any in Sri Lanka?
