Furniture storage options (Colombo)

Hello all,
We are looking at a property in Negombo where the owner (expat) has a good deal of furniture that he will need to remove and find storage for.
Does anyone have any suggestions regarding climate-controlled storage options? If so, we'll be very grateful for any leads to pass on to the property owner.
