Getting my bearings in Colombo

Hi guys,

I have just received an internship that is taking me to Colombo. I'm arriving there with only my laptop and my suitcase and will have to organise offices for a tech start-up.

I would really appreciate if somebody could fill me in on how the different "districts" in Colombo work? I need to find an apartment to live in :)

Additionally, if anybody could point out to me in which area/district most technology or start-up companies have offices, I would be most grateful!

Last thing I want to do is rent an apartment that turns out to be on the other side of Colombo from where we'll set up our offices.
