Internet and TV service providers (Colombo)

Looking for your suggestion/recomendations. Moving to Colombo in mid June! I am interested to know your experience with internet and TV service providers. I am looking for the fastest broadband with unlimited downloads and for a TV service with the most number of English channels (news and movies) with a few French and German chanels thrown in.
