ITALIAN COOKERY CLASSES - BATTARAMULLA (Colombo)

The Institute of Business Mastery & Personal Growth is starting an Italian cookery class with Manuela Prugnoli as per the following:

ITALIAN COOKERY CLASS

• PROGRAM: Full Italian menu as per the following

o DAY 1 – ANTIPASTI & COCKTAIL MENUS (Starters 4)
o DAY 2 – PRIMI (various kinds of pasta & risotto 4)
o DAY 3 – SECONDI (meat/fish dishes 4)
o DAY 4 – DESSERT (inclusive of the Tiramisù, 4)

During the course, not only you will learn how to cook some of the most delicious Italian dishes, but you will also learn to make in-house dough for tagliatelle, spaghetti, ravioli and for pizza, puff pastries, the various Italian sauces & desserts according to the dishes on the menu.

Typical Italian dishes presentation and how to serve them to family, friends and also in restaurant settings is included.

• WHEN: 3 batches TUE, WED or THU mornings – Revolving classes
• TIME: 09:00 am – 12:00 pm (afternoon classes on request)
• VENUE: IBMPG, Battaramulla (address below)
• STARTING DATE: TUE 27 May, WED 28JUN & THU 05JUN and then revolving
• INVESTMENT: LKR 26,000 per person including ingredients

Minimum of 5 students per group.

Student can join at any given day of the week (either on a TUE, or WED or THU morning) and complete the program of 4 days.

Each student will be given an IBMPG apron, a chef’s hat as well as a certificate of participation.

For every referred friend who registers, a bottle of Pure Virgin Olive Oil will be gifted.
