Looking for a bungalow/hotel in Sigiriya (Colombo)

I'm planning a trip with around 10 people at the end of June. Does anyone know a reliable bungalow or hotel that's reasonable and not too far from Sigirya?
Anything above 70$ per person per day is out of budget for us. Preferably a bungalow or villa is an ideal option.
Also, what's the best way to get around in Sgiriya?
