Looking for a house on the beach for New Years Eve (Colombo)

Hello every one,
Hoping you can help out.
We are looking to rent a nice house or bungalow down south on the beach for about 3 nights, including new years eve.
The house should have at least 4 bedrooms, be on the beach and have staff to take care of 'cleaning' and cooking.
Does anybody have any suggestions?
