Moving to Colombo in August

Guys,
My family and I are relocating to Colombo at the start of August. Any suggestions for Estate Agents, where to buy Furniture and nurseries for my boy would be appreciated.
We are looking forward to the move after spending 3 months in the wonderful Sri Lanka at the start of the year. A little stressed with bringing our two and half year old and our latest boy of 3 weeks so any suggestions would be appreciated.
Looking forward to experiencing Sri Lankan life more
