Moving to sri Lanka (Colombo)

Hey all
It was nice knowing someone can finally help! :)
I might be moving with my husband to Colombo for 2 or 3 years.
I have a 2 years daughter, i am afraid she gets infected by one of the diseases i heard it's common there "dengue fever and chikungunya", i am not sure if there are available vaccines for these infections and if my little girls can take it in this age.
Can anyone help??
