Transporting belongings from Colombo to Kathmandu

I'm moving from Colombo to Kathmandu in a few months and need to transport some household belongings (framed pictures, kitchen stuff including crockery) There's not a huge amount and no furniture or any really big items. I guess this will need to be air freight? But I've never done it before. Can anyone recommend a company that can do this? Thanks
