Vaccinations for children (Colombo)

Hi there,

I will bemoving to Colombo in couple of weeks time from Australia. I have a 2,5 years old. I have been suggested to get vacctinations for her. But the GP left the decision to me as it is not compulsory. Is there any Australians who moved Colombo with children and do you recommend vaccnations? We will be living there at least two years.
