Writing Clubs or Societies (Colombo)

Hi everyone!

My parents moved to Sri Lanka a couple of months ago, so after just graduating from high school I have decided to spend a year with them, here.
I wanted to know if there are any literary writing clubs/ societies/ courses, I could join. I love to write and am currently working on a novel, I would love it, if I can get some help with my work such as opinions. Also because I am getting really bored here.
Secondly if there are any NGOs here recruiting volunteers.
Thirdly, is there a good, licensed and reliable driving school round here?
