The apartment can be rented for as long as you need.

While acc. to the usual Danish rules the utilities (water, electricity, heating) would be paid by the tenant, we would be glad to offer free of charge:
- parking (a reserved place inside the building. There is a locked parking with reserved slots inside our house - the entire groundfloor - what is very rare in Copenhagen.
Our place and just a few other slots are the longest ones available there - over 5 m.)
- fast (broadband) Internet.
We will also cover all maintenance and related costs (approx. Protected content - incl. garbage collection, cleaning of common space in and around the building, lights in the staircase/garage, technical maintenance, etc.
We would like to rent our apartment quickly, therefore we ask much less than the current renting price for this kind of apartments at top places in Copenhagen such as Holmen (real estate experts contacted by us have estimated the renting value as between Protected content plus all utilities on top of it).
However, our price is only Protected content (plus utilities).
We could limit the amount of the deposit to a very reasonable minimum.
If you need to go from Holmen to the airport - we have very good news for you; there is a direct metro line connecting the Christianshavn station (located 1 km from our house, frequent direct bus connections) with the airport.
If you go to/from the airport by car - from Holmen it is a very short travel, because the island is on the same side of the town as the airport - so you avoid all traffic jams in the center, and just drive smoothly a few km along the scenic Amager beach.

The apartment is situated in a new (December Protected content , small (just 3 floors) building, having a unique, prime location at charming and top prestigeous small Holmen island, behind the new Opera House - only 1 km from the town center, adjacent to pittoresque water canals.
The house is located at the street called Danneskiold-Samsøes Allé - a one minute walk from the waterbus stop from which you arrive in one minute across the water (perfectly isolating the island from the town's noise) to Nyhavn - the most known historical place in the very center of Copenhagen, and in just Protected content to the stop Esplanade in Osterbro (next to the AP Moeller / Maersk Headquarters).
Nyhavn is next to Kongens Nytorv - a large square with a major bus communication hub, where also begins the main pedestrian shopping street.
You can go to the apartment by a city bus as well (about 1 km ride from the town's main metro station Christianshavn and 2 km from the Kongens Nytorv).
The bus frequency is very good, and the bus stop is just in front of the house.
You may take your bicycle to the waterbus (as numerous Holmen inhabitants do), and if you want to cycle to the "mainland" you just pass a bridge next to the house and you are only 1 km from the center of Christianshavn, and 2 km from the center of the town.
There is a beautiful sandy Baltic sea beach at the Amager island -just about Protected content from the house.
Over the last few years Holmen became one of the most trendy areas in Copenhagen.
The area has gone through an extensive renovation and represents today an exciting mix of new, small, high tech apartment buildings and very old historical houses. Holmen is an ideal area to inhabit - if you wish to live in historical surroundings close to the Copenhagen water line, with an unpretentious atmosphere. Calm, green and very safe, family friendly environment.
The flat has 90 m2, two bedrooms. one large living / dining room and a sunny balcony.
It is on a 2nd floor (house with an elevator), has a large, fully equipped bathroom (Bosch washing machine, etc.), a kitchen with modern design furniture and high quality refrigerator, deep freezer, ceramic stove, dish washing machine, microwave, etc.
The apartment has an internal TV system - there is a screen, allowing to see who rings the main door downstairs (a small camera is installed there).
