We are currently looking to bring on a new Sales Champion to assist in building and maintaining strong and ongoing partnerships in the Italian market. AIRTOX International is based in Copenhagen Denmark, and this is where all the design and development takes place. However, this being merely the tip of the iceberg in the grand plan for the expansion of AIRTOX throughout Europe in Protected content . Countries at the top of the list include Italy, Germany, Netherlands and France. About the position
As a Sales Representative for the Italian market, you are going to be the key communicator for our brand, image and products in your region, to any existing and potential customers of AIRTOX safety footwear. We are looking for a kick-ass, service minded individual with a strong organisational and diplomatic approach to not only meet but exceed customers’ needs. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads and qualifying prospects
Establishing new accounts and servicing existing customers by presenting our brand and concept.
Full sales life-cycle process. Approaching of potential customers, developing and presenting business opportunities, following up, closing of accounts and ongoing management of such accounts.
Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
Reporting to the Head of Sales by providing regular feedback to management using activity reports, territory analysis and financial statistical data
Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
Evaluate customers’ needs and build productive long lasting relationships
Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets
Work location and travel
The role will be based in the AIRTOX headquarters of Nærum, Denmark. The position will require regular travel to your specified region.

Knowledge and skill requirements
We are looking for an outgoing and dynamic individual. Being a little ‘left of centre’ is not a disadvantage in AIRTOX, where creativity and ‘out-of-the-box’ thinking can be explored and rewarded!
You MUST be fluent in both written and spoken Italian and English. Proficiency in Danish is advantageous.
You have a minimum of 2 years sales experience and successful track record in new business development and key account management.
You have a very positive, personable and customer oriented approach.
You have strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
You are flexible in terms of working hours.

BA/BS degree or equivalent.
