BASF Coatings Services is a leading paint supplier to the Automotive Refinish industry.
Our head quarter is located in Copenhagen and we are now expanding our Customer Service Centre in Copenhagen to also include UK and Ireland. For a newly established position, we are seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to supervise and direct the activities of the Customer Service Department, in order to provide quality customer service. You will manage a customer service team of 12 persons servicing the Nordic and UK/Ireland markets from Copenhagen.
What you can expect
As Customer Service Team Leader for BASF Coatings Services your main responsibilities will be:
-Supervise and prioritise the day to day workload of telephone and written enquiries, customer service administration, ensure the quality of service and staffing levels are maintained to the highest level at all times.
- Liaise with customers as well as members of the field force, i.e. sales representatives, technicians, marketing team members and the Colour Laboratory to ensure that an effective communication system is maintained.
- Take part in the daily tasks of our Customer Service Agents covering the UK/Ireland markets (this responsibility is estimated at 40% of the position).
Oversee the processing and recording of all customer complaints ensuring they are resolved promptly in an efficient and professional manner to the customer’s satisfaction.
Report all Customer Services activities on a monthly basis to the Head of Operations.
Support environmental legislation, including keeping accurate records in line with business and legal requirements.
