Danish driver's license for US license (Copenhagen)

Hello,

Does anyone know whoever happened to the new law that Denmark was going to pass the ease exchanging US license for Danish license?

Currently as it stood last year, we can't do a simple exchange. We have to give the written test in Danish and the driving test in danish and blah blah blah.

Then later I read in the newspapers that Denmark is going to ease these requirements especially for US and Canada.

Has anyone heard any more of i since then?
Copenhagen Kommun's website does not have any updated rules. they are still reflecting the old ones.
