Do you feel welcome as a highly-skilled migrant? (Copenhagen)

I've been writing a blog on Berlingske Tidende on my impressions of Denmark and the Danes as a highly-skilled migrant here ( Protected content ).

Would like to hear other expats' views on this - what are your first impressions? how does Copenhagen compare to other cities you've lived in before? do you find Denmark an open/welcoming place for foreign professionals?
