Family of 3 in Copenhagen

I was just offered a position as the Operations Director for a company in Copenhagen and I'm trying to get some insight into the costs that I can expect living in Copenhagen. I will be supporting my wife and newly born daughter.

We would be looking for a 2/3 bedroom in Vesterbrö. We are currently living in Manhattan, and are accustomed to eating out frequently, buying organic groceries, and generally living well.

Can anyone give me some idea of a minimum monthly salary that might accommodate our lives in Copenhagen? If possible, some background into what the costs are; i.e. How much is child care? Is insurance generally included in a salary? How much does insurance cost?
