Your responsibility as Business Unit Director:
1) Business growth
a. The by far most important factor for success is growth in your business unit. Growth has to come both from developing the existing customer portfolio under your wings as well as getting new clients on board.
b. New clients need to come both from your own network as well as through your ability to activate your organization. You have to carefully plan this on a daily basis, in order to keep your unit KPI´s. The KPI´s are set by you and us in corporation. It is based on reality and not on wishful thinking. We expect the goals to be reached, with a fair chance for over-performance.
a. Being in a know-how company your ability to lead people is vital.
b. You will be regarded as a leadership capacity by our clients and a strategic marketing force to be reckoned with.
c. In the unit we depend on your leadership and your ability to coach the people in your team.
d. The company will expect you to support and take leadership on decisions made either in the management group and/or the board of directors.
a. Overall client budget and report management
b. Overall budget and report management on the results generated by your business unit
c. Budgets needs to be kept, and we expect you to give everything needed to meet the budgets
You should have a solid marketing experience from CMO level with a theoretical degree of a Master or equivalent.
You have to be an energetic networker. We expect your network will meet you and listen to you when you contact the network. The people in the network need to be at CMO/CEO and similar level for you to reach your KPI´s.
You are an extrovert person with strong marketing beliefs who also wants to listen and to understand something that you might not understand at first.
We expect you to be a person who is good at giving guidance, structure and directions for others.
