Head of Digital Marketing
Queue-it is looking for a Head of Digital Marketing that can help us drive our digital marketing channels to a whole new level. In close collaboration with the Digital Marketing team and Sales you will increase brand awareness, grow website traffic, increase leads and conversion rates, while having a constant eye on optimization.
Your main responsibility will be to further develop our website and other digital marketing channels across platforms and functions and to gather, analyze and transform data into actionable insights.
Combining a strong analytical, creative and collaborative mindset with project management skills you will be a hands-on, key contributor in making Queue-it the market leading virtual waiting room platform for online fairness.
Together with the digital team, manage our website and other digital marketing channels such as marketing automation, paid media, and Marketing CRM
Perform ongoing analysis and reporting for web-traffic, leads and conversion rates, SEO, CRM and paid media
Oversee SEO implementation across the organization
Work with optimization tools for A/B and multivariate testing and implement changes
Manage digital projects and ongoing maintenance across the organization including documentation of processes and work flows
Update and maintain themes, plugins, and provide customizations as needed
Work with the Content Manager and Graphic Designer to update and optimize content and UX
Train and advise on digital marketing channels and tools as needed
Your Professional Profile and Experience:
5+ years experience from a B2B company or agency
Solid project management understanding and experience
Hands-on experience in managing WordPress CMS, Marketing Automation systems (preferably Click Dimensions), integration with CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics), SEO, Google Adwords and SoMe advertising (e.g. LinkedIn and Facebook)
Proven track-record in analytics and reporting tools – including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console and commonly-used SEO tools (e.g. Moz)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
