Which is your favourite district (bydele) and why? (Copenhagen)

I'm sure this will prove a very divisive question but I would like to hear everyone's thought (not just the ex-pats) on the best districts in CPH in terms of housing, amenities, shops, public transport, nightlife, value for money, safety etc.

My partner and I are relatively new to Denmark and would really like some sound advice before we settle on a long term rental location.
