Language exchange & house share (Cordoba)

Hi all, I'm from Los Angeles and looking to relocate to Argentina (Cordoba or Rosario look good to me). I hope eventually to teach English there, but my first goal is to learn Spanish. As is, I'm more than a beginner, but not much more. My concept is to find a local who is learning English, share a house/apartment together, and teach each other Spanish/English. I know of other routes to learn Spanish, such as the "Spanish in Rosario" school. But language exchange appeals to me -- if I can find someone committed to the process. I have an English M.A. and have taught/tutored off and on over the years. Any suggestions or websites where I might look to connect with local English learners?
