Sewing in Argentina (Cordoba)

Hey everybody!

I'm an American living in Argentina (Mendoza) and recently I've been wanting to sew. In the US we have sewing patters, which are large thin sheets of tissue paper that help you cut and piece fabric together depending on what you're making.

I have no idea what to expect here in Argentina when it comes to sewing. Do they have patterns just like ours in the US? Will they have a variety?
