French teacher/Tandem (Dakar)

Dear all,
I would like to improve my French and am therefore looking for a French teacher or Tandem (I can offer German, English or Turkish in return) to meet once a week or maybe more. Since I am working I am only available in the evenings and on the weekends. I would appreciate suggestions from you guys.
