Psychiatrist/Psychologist/Therapist/Counselor (Dakar)

Hi, I am looking for one of the above in the Dakar area that can assist with mental health issues in either English, Wolof, or French. Prefer someone experienced in Western medicine and techniques but with knowledge/awareness of Senegalese culture and beliefs regarding medicine and mental health. If the person or institution takes US health insurance, that would be amazing, but not required.
