Renewing my visa (Dakar)

Hi everyone !
A question that may interest some of you. I arrived in February Protected content Dakar with a 3-month tourist visa. It will expire on Monday, May 4th and I would like to renew it.
However, from the 1st of May, the Senegalese government will take away the fee-paying visa for new entrants.
My question : what will happen for foreigners like me who are already in Senegal et have to renew their visa ?
