Visa experience at airport arrival? (Dakar)

Hello community. I have nationality so I can't answer this question myself.

I have several international musicians coming for my festival soon. Please-- Does anyone have experience with paying the visa directly at the airport upon arrival? Bypassing the online pre-purchase. And if so, do they take Euros and how much?
