I went a few weeks ago and found it to be very interesting. It is known as a mental martial art and the instructor is very good.

He gave the example of trace vs copy. Trace is like a parrot speaking English by repeating the sound, not knowing what it means. Copy is like a child learning English, sounding out the words trying to communicate.
