Buying or Importing a vehicle in Dar? (Dar es Salaam)

Hi there, I am just trying to find out witch is best to do. I want to know how much it would cost for a Toyota Fortuner or some thing similar to buy locally or should I drive it from South Africa and pay Import on it ? I am also wanting to bring off road bikes any Ideas. We are moving there In march next year and will b staying for 4 years. If any one can help me id appreciate it greatly.

Any dealer websites would also help my search.
