Decent coffee shop around here in Dar? (Dar es Salaam)

I am new here in Dar,,just got here last weekend.

I would like to have your help finding a decent coffee shop around here in Dar.
Is there any coffee shop in my neighborhood, millennium tower? I am still figuring out how to get around here...Millennium tower is only a big landmark in my neighborhood.
